WHOLE HOME
Need help envisioning the colors, textures and landscaping on the exterior of the home? Need help modifying walls and interior details for niches, specialty millwork? We can create these details and convey them in drawings for you and your builder, framer, plumber, and electricians. Our understanding of the build process allows our designs to be installed with ease and confidence from all involved. Precise planning eliminates confusion, confirms design decisions, reduces budget variances, and keeps your home build on schedule.
INTERIOR ONLY
Many architectural plans show floorplans with walls and roof, and some will show basic kitchen and bath layouts. Most lack detailed elevation drawings showing precise designs for kitchens, baths, or other rooms. We will work with you to create everything else inside your new home. Millwork: cabinets, trim, doors. Materials: flooring, windows, lighting placement and decorative fixtures. Plumbing: faucets, tubs, toilets selection and sourcing. Creative elements: wall details, ceiling elements. Every surface in every room can be selected and visualized through our photo-quality renders.

PLANNING, DESIGN, AND SCHEMATICS
We know how excited you are to be building your new home. We want to keep that enthusiasm going. From simply an idea or a full set of plans, we can develop the project to ensure your vision is fulfilled. Photo-quality full color CAD renders will be developed and refined. Space-planning and room sizing will be reviewed for livability and budget consideration. Our functional analysis is applied to verify that your home will perform as well as it looks.
MATERIALS AND FINISH SELECTION
All surface materials and finish selections will be analyzed and specified, including plumbing, electrical, cabinets, trim, doors, casings, lighting, flooring, fixtures, wall treatments, stairways, and more. All drawings will be presented for final approval and relayed to the builder to ensure clarification. All decisions will be completed well in advance of the time needed so there will be no construction delays due to indecision or unpreparedness.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINSTRATION
Upon final approval of all selections and finishes, materials will be ordered through builder. Designer consultations will verify accuracy of orders and selections. Wall elevations showing precise appliance, fixture, lighting, or other electrical or plumbing placement are prepared and presented to your builder. These scaled drawings will be maintained onsite throughout the construction process, with visits by designer and her team to track progress and ensure installation to specifications is correct.
