While building this new construction modern home in a rural Oklahoma area, our homeowner wanted us to create a functional mudroom with a modern design. To achieve this, we used our modern custom cabinetry with flat black doors, topped with butcher block countertops for a unique look.  The seating area boasts storage above and below, while the taller cabinetry provides hidden storage for long coats or umbrellas.  Finally, the landing zone right next to the hallway provides a convenient spot to free your hands as you enter the home.
