Our Design + Build Process
Three phases. No surprises. One team the whole way through.
Phase 1 – Design
We start by understanding how you actually use your kitchen and what isn’t working today.
Most clients meet us in our Edmond showroom, where Brenda and Megan lead a focused design conversation and begin translating your needs into a clear plan.
From there, we enter a paid design phase where your project is fully developed before construction begins. You’ll see detailed drawings, material selections, and a clearly defined scope of work.
By the end of this phase, you’ll know exactly what you’re getting—and what it costs—before any construction starts.
Phase 2 – Build
Once the design is approved and construction begins, our build team takes over with full alignment to the original vision.
Scott and Ryan lead the construction process, working directly from the detailed plans developed by Cheyenne and Maureen, ensuring every detail is executed as intended.
Because design and construction stay within the same organization, your project remains consistent from concept through completion—without disconnects between separate designers and builders.
The result is a smoother build process, clear communication, and a finished space that reflects exactly what was designed.
Phase 3 – Done
When construction is complete, we walk through your new space together to make sure everything feels right and functions as it should.
Once everything is finished, we step out of the way so you can simply enjoy your home.
