Designed Before It Is Built

A bathroom brings cabinetry, plumbing, lighting, electrical work, waterproofing, tile, stone, glass, and ventilation into a relatively small footprint. The quality of the finished room depends on resolving those relationships before construction begins.

We begin with how you live: what works, what does not, what you need to store, and how you want the room to feel. We study the existing space, identify constraints, and establish priorities before proposing a solution.

We develop the room in CAD, testing the layout, cabinetry, lighting, fixtures, materials, and special features as one composition. Photorealistic renderings let you understand the design before construction, while detailed plans direct the build team.

Once the design is approved, selected materials and fixtures are specified, sourced, tracked, received, and inspected. A detailed project manual translates the design into coordinated information for everyone working in your home.

Our project leaders coordinate our employees and long-term trade partners through construction. Because the design and build teams follow the same plan, questions are resolved within one accountable company rather than passed between unrelated parties.

Our state-licensed Interior Designers, CAD support, project leaders, long-term employees, and trade partners work from the same approved plans and specifications.
