Design
Great design is more than selecting finishes. Every space we create is guided by the fundamental principles of architecture — balance, proportion, harmony, contrast, and scale. These aren’t decorating concepts. They’re the structural logic behind why a room feels right. We apply them to every sight line, every material transition, and every detail, whether we’re designing a single room or an entire home.
Our experience in High End Luxury Kitchen, Bath, and Interior Design + Build is unparalleled in the OKC metro area. Some designs, such as Modern Design, demand much tighter tolerances with very precise attention to details. With the focus on minimalistic spaces, every detail must be designed and executed to perfection – you will see it all. We also believe in incorporating uncommon materials. The use of steel, glass, or stronger building elements, contrasted with blending softer and more natural materials into the design. Oftentimes we can seek out solutions from design-inspired vendors, while other times we create the solution in house.
Building Science
Beautiful spaces have to be built to last. Water is the most destructive force in a home, and controlling it — along with air, vapor, and thermal performance — is at the foundation of how we build. Our 25 years of remodeling has given us an education no new construction firm can match: we’ve opened walls that other contractors built, and we’ve seen exactly what poor technique looks like over time. We don’t repeat those mistakes. We use proven shower waterproofing systems, wrap perimeters with rigid insulation, apply proven rain screen systems, place ductwork in conditioned space, and incorporate dehumidification where needed — because a home should be as comfortable and durable as it is beautiful.
Project Management
A well-designed home only becomes a well-built home through disciplined execution. Before site work ever begins, your entire project lives in our CAD system — every detail documented, every trade scheduled, every material tracked. Our project management controls cover daily and weekly schedules, procurement, change orders, and the precise sequence of construction. When unexpected things happen — and they always do — we’re already several steps ahead. You stay informed. The project stays on track.
