Black, White, and Beautiful Kitchen for New Construction Home in OKC

While building there dream home, our client, the builder, and his wife selected us to design and build several rooms in their home, including this Black, White, and Beautiful Kitchen. The home, located in OKC in the luxury Stonemill neighborhood behind Frontier City, was framed in when we were brought in and they had some basic ideas of what they wanted. Brenda and Megan developed this Modern Transitional kitchen design incorporating our custom cabinetry with painted white in some areas, painted black in others, and an island with painted Oak to highlight the natural wood grain. Interior accessories were installed, along with integrated lighting and toe kick lighting built into the cabinetry. Cambria tops were fabricated with The Galley Ideal Workstations, and we placed our “Low Bar” feature that we love to design. The homeowners have an adult child in a wheelchair that has her own suite in the home, so this low bar provides the perfect space for her to participate in meal prep.  Coupled with her own sink and prep station as well!  This kitchen was featured in the National Kitchen and Bath Magazine, along with the Wine Room also designed and built for the home which appeared on the cover!

Review from our homeowners:

Edmond Kitchen and Bath (EKB) has walked us through the entire process.  EKB first got to know us, our needs, and inspirations.  Then like magic they put together professional renderings using their design expertise.  EKB pays attention to details we would have never considered.  We are beyond happy with everything EKB has accomplished for our dream home.  We are now like family.
